Windows of the World Travel
At Windows of the World Travel we know that each client is unique. So our primary focus is to listen to our clients — to find out all about the people traveling, their wants, their expectations, their budget. Once we know what our clients are looking for in a trip, we can then use our skills, knowledge and connections to more perfectly assist them in planning their vacation. In the case of a ninety-year-old woman whose lifelong dream was to visit Paris, we planned a trip for her and her daughters that took into account her physical limitations. We found for her a charming hotel on the Left Bank that is handicapped-accessible and a private guide to allow her to see the City of Light on her own terms. For a couple hoping to enjoy a diversity of activities in northern California, we arranged an active itinerary that took them from hiking in the Redwood River Forest to wine-tasting in the Napa Valley to riding a trolley car in San Francisco. An extended family of sixteen travelers, ranging in age from 1 to 68, were delighted with the combination cruise/amusement park package in Florida that we created especially for them. Our clients came back telling us that the trip offered the ideal range of activities to please every family member. We know we’ve done our job when our clients tell us their trip was just perfect, exactly what they had in mind. That’s when we know we listened well.
